Piano introduction. Students can start taking lessons at the age of 5. Children are introduced to basic music concepts and technique through a variety of known songs and engaging music pieces. Parental involvement is especially important at this stage as young children need help, motivation and encouragement in daily practice.

Intermediate studies. Intermediate students are recommended to have one or two lesson per week. These lessons address piano technique, artistry, and music theory.

Advanced studies. Advanced studies can be organized in order to prepare students for conservatory entrance exams, competitions, or concerts. These lessons typically last 60 minutes and take place two or more times per week.

Prices Students are accepted for weekly lessons at any time based on my schedule and availability. You may also enroll in a traditional school period where each trimester consists of approximately 12 lessons. Registration is possible at any time during the school year, and students are entitled to a trial lesson before enrolling. The tuition for each trimester is based on the number of individual lessons and the lesson fees listed below. Lesson dates are scheduled according to the United States Educational Calendar. It is possible to have lessons during summer vacation.

School year 2010-2011 First trimester: September 2 to December 18 Second trimester: January 3 to April 9 Third trimester: April 26 to July 2

Location of Lessons
Lessons can be given in the home of the student by teacher visitation (in the New Orleans Louisiana area only and additional travel expenses may be applied), or in the home of the student anywhere in the world via real time lessons using SKYPE.

Instruction Language Lessons will be given in English.
